Meanwhile, Haogong dealers across the country provide comprehensive high-quality services throughout the pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales stages, effectively solving all torque product-related usage issues encountered by customers during application.

Within the product warranty period
During the warranty period of your HGZZ torque product, if the product cannot be used properly due to defects in the product material or manufacturing process, you can go to an HGZZ dealer for free repair or replacement.

The product warranty period is explained as follows
The warranty period for various torque wrenches and ratchet wrenches is: within 180 days from the date of purchase (based on the invoice date).

After-sales service principles
1. When users require after-sales service, they should provide the corresponding proof of purchase.
2. If the product is not a quality issue inherent, all products are operated using precision correction or repair methods
3. Products that rust, plating peel, surface scratches, paint peeling, clinker parts, or packaging material damage during use after use are not covered by free service.
4. Product damage caused by natural wear after use (product cannot be used) is not covered by free service
5. Products that have exceeded the warranty period are not covered by free service
6. Product damage caused by abnormal use (product cannot be used) is not covered by free service
7. All after-sales service must follow the principle of repair before replacement
8. Each after-sales service requires the HGZZ standard quality service card
9. Users should correctly use torque tools according to the product instructions
